The College’s advisory committees are composed of registered pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, as well as members of the public.
Committees assist the College in meeting its legislated mandate to protect the public by ensuring practitioners have the knowledge, skills and abilities to provide safe and effective pharmacy care.
Community Pharmacy Advisory Committee
The Community Pharmacy Advisory Committee provides recommendations to the Board or the Registrar on matters relating to community pharmacy practice.
Ethics Advisory Committee
The Ethics Advisory Committee provides recommendations to the Board or the Registrar on matters relating to the Code of Ethics, Conflict of Interest Standards and any other related policies or guidelines.
Hospital Pharmacy Advisory Committee
The Hospital Pharmacy Advisory Committee provides recommendations to the Board on matters relating to hospital pharmacy practice issues.
Residential Care Advisory Committee
The Residential Care Advisory Committee provides recommendations to the Board on matters relating to hospital pharmacy practice issues.
